Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final, however, exchanges are permitted:

No ticket exchanges are done on the day of the show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office and are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

General Policies
A small service fee is added to your purchase to cover credit card processing.

Performances take place at Gilman School (5407 Roland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210). Gilman School is a smoke-free campus.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Young Victorian Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
